Wednesday, December 30. Today our lift was delivered to the park. These photo's chronicle unloading and putting it in place.

Also today, shelves were installed in the car barn to store the Christmas decorations for next year.

January 2, the first two of ten steaming bay tracks are put into position and cemented in place.

The club engine is given a much needed tune-up.

Other work completed included trenching for lighting and ballasting of track.

February 6th, finishing touches put on steaming bays, including painting, addition of stairs and more. Also, ballasting and general clean up tasks accomplished. All in preparation for the Winter Meet starting next weekend.

April 3, today work included clean-up around the newly installed bridge and removal of the old unloading ramp.

May 15, the deck of the bridge gets installed.

Later the rail is installed across the bridge.

Also, re-leveling of the mainline begins in the throat of Sanford Yard.

May 22, work begins on industry siding in Lachoochee. Below a couple of photos of the completed bridge with the track realigned to it.

	Saturday, December 26th. This series of photos show the lead to the steaming bays getting installed. Foundation, track laid, connected, then leveled.

January 9, the remainder of the steaming bays are installed.

	January 16, we used a load of gravel to fill portions of the yard to make it level for walking.

In the steaming bay area, the bays themselves are all cut off, footer for track extended and the first train moves onto the lift.

	Here a group of new members receive certification training and orientation runs.
